Sharon Guy

Every team needs an ace administrator, and Sharon Guy has served that role for KPC since the beginning. Born in Minnesota and raised in Boulder, CO, Guy completed a business training program before joining the work force in Denver as a legal secretary. She later moved to El Paso to assist with her husband's family's medical supply company, which eventually led the couple to Houston, where they raised their children.

After a stint as a stay-at-home mom, Guy returned to work as a receptionist for a building of executive suites and was quickly promoted to resident manager, liaising between management and the small-business tenants. When the building sold five years later, Guy was invited to work with a former client as administrator for the sales department.

After that office closed, Guy accepted a position at the USA Rice Federation, serving as administrative coordinator for the domestic promotions team under Kimberly Park. A nimble and dependable generalist, her responsibilities expanded over the next decade to include supporting the R+D and financial departments until that office relocated in 2004.

When Kimberly Park started her own communications agency, she called on Guy to join her to provide office support. Guy’s role with KPC includes everything from maintaining digital mailing lists for clients, preparing and distributing e-blasts, tracking media results and social media stats to updating client websites and assisting with research projects. What she enjoys most about working with KPC is that she's always learning the latest tools and techniques to make KPC's operations run as smoothly and efficiently as possible.
