Sabrina Miskelly

A self-proclaimed Houstonian (she got here as fast as she could, as the adage goes), Sabrina Miskelly wishes cupcakes didn’t have calories and queso was considered a food group.

She’s a proud graduate of the University of North Carolina and started her journalism career as a news producer in small-town Columbus, MS. A move to the big city soon followed, where Miskelly continued her TV news path then expanded her producing career by launching entertainment shows in Houston, crafting creative content along the way, and earning several regional Emmy nominations for her hard work.

When she left the television world, it was to join KPC and use her extensive media knowledge, skills, and relationships to give clients an insider edge in securing broadcast opportunities. Developing her eye for photography has added to her existing skills in videography. Miskelly enjoys keeping one foot in the visual story-telling world while the other is firmly planted in wordsmithing.

Culinary school once crossed her mind, but Miskelly’s love of cooking-for-fun prevailed. She instead hosts dinner parties for friends, races to try new restaurants, and convinces her husband to suffer through cooking classes with her.

When she’s not thumbing through glossy food magazines or coming up with clever ways to promote clients, you can find her refereeing brotherly brawls between her two young sons, sharing a bottle of red wine with her college-sweetheart husband, or dreaming of her next food-fueled escape to a far-away land.

What Ignites Me
